Nylon 6 Staple Fiber with specifications of 6 Denier x 76mm, featuring Semi-Dull luster and permanent crimp, is specifically engineered for nonwoven applications. This fiber is produced from high-quality virgin Nylon 6 polymer, offering excellent resilience, abrasion resistance, and thermal bonding capability.
The 6 denier thickness provides a balance between stiffness and flexibility, while the 76mm cut length is optimized for nonwoven web-forming processes including carding, airlaying, and needle punching. The semi-dull luster delivers a natural, matte appearance suitable for applications where low reflectivity is desired. The crimped texture enhances fiber-to-fiber entanglement, improving web cohesion and bulk without additional binders.
